SurgicalShop.in is an online retail venture of Narang Medical Limited. Narang Medical Limited is a professionally managed company focused in manufacturing of high quality medical equipment and hospital supplies. We supply our products under brand name NET. Founded in the year 1989, the company is based in New Delhi, India.

We email shipping (and tracking) details to buyers once we despatch the goods by courier.

Delivery Process
We use courier services to send our products. Your order will reach within 2-4 business days from the date of your order.

How do I make a payment?
Surgical Shop offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Cards (including American Express cards) & Debit Cards (including Maestro cards) and Net Banking (covering 41 banks). Surgical Shop and our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.

For International buyer (outside India) we accept payments through PayPal.

Return Policy
Our standard return policy for most products is 30 days from the ship date, however SurgicalShop has thousands of items featured on the website. The return policy for each product may vary.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed defective with the manufacturer. If any product is found to be defective, SurgicalShop will promptly exchange.

How do I cancel an order?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, contact Customer Support and follow advice.

Privacy Statement
When you provide contact or billing information by phone or Internet, that information is kept strictly confidential. We will not sell, share, or rent user information to any outside party not directly involved in the processing of your current transaction. All information transmitted by you to us while visiting our website is secured.
